What an incredible man. I had no idea he had ALS.😢

I saw something late last year on the actors from ‘The Right Stuff.’ It was mentioned, but not confirmed.

What sad news, ALS is a terrible disease.

Lots of love for Sam on the blogs, and rightly so. Jeanne Moreau died on the same day. She didn’t get a mention on the news in the UK.
Best wishes, Pete.

It was sad losing two greats in one day. Their bodies of work live on however.

Thank you for telling me about Jeanne Moreau Pete. I hadn’t heard that she passed away as well. They were both legends.

What a spectacular face this man, Sam Shepard, had! A Mount Rushmore all by itself. Like Kris Kristofferson (who is still alive). And Bob Dylan. And Neil Young. Now there’s another Rushmore right there!

Was really sad when I heard this news. Another great actor lost to us. Like you I did not know he had ALS. This disease suddenly seems to appear everywhere. It is truly horrible.
