Today was a bit of a rough day, and I was sitting in my chair just trying to zone out when this song started playing in the background of a tv show. Hushabye Mountain has always been a comforting and soothing song for me since I first heard Dick Van Dyke sing it in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. So for any of you who also had a Manic Monday, here it is.

I love that song. And I LOVE Dick van Dyke. I always play his version of “Easy Street” on my favourites list at work. Makes me smile every time😄💖
