That film is certainly ‘whimsical’, Kim. I didn’t even play the clip, and now the song is stuck in my head! 😦 😦

AW, that brings back memories of my Mum taking me on a train to town to see this at the pictures, I was 9 years old 🙂

I was only three when it first came out, but there was this lovely old movie theater one town over that used to show Disney movies, so my parents took me about 4 years after it originally came out. I absolutely loved it except for the Child Catcher.

Great choice, I need to rewatch this movie, as I don’t remember this scene. but it is pure Dick Van Dyke for sure.
