It’s so sad that cancer has claimed the life of this talented young man. He was far too young. Sadly, I’ve lost relatives to that wretched disease who weren’t much older.
The tributes are wonderful. What that artist did with the roses is amazing.

My dad died from a brain tumor when he was only 52, so I can emphasize Mae.

Wow. I’m so sorry, Kim. My dad was 53 when he died of colon cancer. So sad to have something like that in common 😦

The video won’t play properly for me, but I’m sure it was great to see. I have never seen any of his films, but his death at such a young age was tragic indeed.
Best wishes, Pete.

Drat. You should look it up Pete. It’s beautiful. As far as the movies go, I think you’d especially like 42, and Marshall. There are two of his movies currently on Netflix right now: Message From the King and Da Five Bloods. I loved the first one, but haven’t gotten to the latter, although it’s been getting rave reviews.

OMG, amazing! Thank you for sharing, Kim! This more than makes up for some of the foolishness I’ve seen in the last few days. 😊👍

I was blown away when I saw it Felicia!

Thank you for sharing these. Man, it’s just so crushingly unfair he was gone so soon.

It’s still amazes me that he continued working while undergoing surgeries and chemo.

Terrific. Boseman was not only the first Black Marvel Superhero, he portrayed REAL African-American Superheroes like Jackie Robinson, Thurgood Marshall and James Brown…what a legacy he leaves…

Yes. The roles he took were so inspirational.

Have you watched his last movie, Da Five Bloods on Netflix? I have it in my queue but haven’t gotten to it yet.

I have, and you did see the review, but it was a couple of months ago so you will have forgotten 🙂 (I would 😀 ) https://fragglesotherplace.com/2020/06/22/monday-movies-22-06-2020/

My heart aches … I can barely imagine the children’s heart aching!!! … “Since the news broke about Chadwick Boseman’s tragic death, there have been emotional tributes pouring in, including ones from children.”

What an incredible talent to create something like that. Truly amazing! It’s definitely still an incredibly heartbreaking event. It feels a bit like Paul Walkers tragic passing…it just stays in your mind for a very long time😢 Beautiful tribute post again Kim😊
