Between the pandemic, wildfires, extreme weather, and the upcoming election, I’ve been finding myself increasingly stressed lately, something many of you can relate to I’m sure. But then I stumble across something like the following video that puts things in perspective.
Aww…my heart almost broke at the one…so sad. Glad they gave them back 😊
Keep hanging in there Kim..you are definitely not alone in the stress situation. Think a lot of people are, but well…you are not alone. And videos like this put a smile to a lot of faces I’m sure 😊

I couldn’t tell what it was eating, but I did enjoy the way it ate them. 🙂

This is exactly my reaction to our world right now – snacking, constantly. C

If you have the opportunity, please just sit in one place for a minute or two, each day, and just breathe. You don’t have to actually meditate, but closing your eyes and simply breathing at moments during the day can do a world of good for your emotions!
I like to do this when I get up in the morning, and when I get in the house in the evening for a bout five to ten minutes.

I do that every evening before bed.
