As many of you know, I suffer from really bad migraines, or as I like to call them Malfoys. (If this doesn’t say how Harry Potter obsessed I am, I don’t know what will!) Anyway, I’ve been dealing with a particularly stubborn one for the last week, so I’m going to to take a brief hiatus over the next few days to see if I can beat it into submission. I apologize in advance if I miss anyone’s posts. I’ll do my best to catch up…Promise!

I wasn’t aware you suffered from migraines, Kim. I do understand. I’ve ended up hospitalized because of migraines several times. I hope you break its hold on you soon.

I’m so sorry to hear that Felicia. It’s been the same for me. I’m actually hopefully avoiding a hospital visit by doing this. Fingers crossed!

Ouch! Migraines are no fun at all and I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy. I use to get them really bad myself (blurry vision and limb numbness included), but it has been a few years since my last one (I really hope I didn’t just curse myself, haha).

Oh hun. I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve been very headachy myself, having barely slept in 2017. I’m always on the verge, and hoping dearly that they don’t turn into the dreaded migraine.

I hope you get to feeling better soon. I know with just a mild headache I don’t like looking at a computer or kindle etc so I can’t imagine trying to be online with a migraine. 😦

I’m so sorry to hear about your migraines! For what it’s worth, I understand what you’re going through. I had migraines for 5 years… they didn’t last for a full week like yours, but they did last for 48 hours at a time, and that was already way more than I could take.
After about 5 different doctors, a chiropractor, and a bunch of pills, I finally stumbled onto this mindbody medicine approach that totally changed my life. I know everyone has a unique situation and factors, but I figured I’d post some more info in case you’re curious and/ or desperate 🙂

Hi Diana. Thanks so much for asking. I still have the migraine but it’s about a 7 instead of a 10+. My Dr. is trying me on a new medication so I’m hoping it works.💁🏻

I’m so sorry to hear that. Take your time! My father went through a period of migraines (real ones, not those that everyone and their mother claims to get), and I couldn’t imagine blogging while afflicted. Feel better!

To my knowledge, his migraines were connected to pain stemming from a back/shoulder problem which is (thankfully) under control, for the most part. I’m sorry you inherited this sort of issue. It’s rough
