One of the best parts of childhood is that sense of imagination that allows you to dream and hope.😊

I have always had way too many dreams. Not many of them came true (then again I have never believed that I could ever realise my dream of appearing in a Star Wars movie lol 😂😂). But..in the end the most important thing is being happy, and that’s something that pretty much (besides the occasional bad days) happened. What do you know I still managed to realise a dream 😂😂
Great quote for sure 😊

This picture made me feel really sad, Kim. Such a shame about Carrie Fisher’s death. She was a real modern girl heroine.

Two fine ladies that will definitely both be missed. One of those posts that a cross between a little sad but also a bit of a smile remembering all the times I begged for side braids to go be Leia.

Yep. I wanted so much to grow my hair long enough to have Princess Leia braids. The good news is that although Sue Grafton sadly passed away, Janet Evanovich is still with us.

Ah yes, I need to quit reading that late at night, you are right I was thinking you were quoting Sue Grafton who had just passed, not sure where my mind was. LOL

No worries Carrie. Their books are somewhat similar and I’ve gotten them mixed up on more than one occasion.
